作為一個經常出差住酒店的傳媒人+旅遊行業從業者，都不知道怎麼評價這個酒店了，訂這家源於前天晚上因事耽誤太晚無法按計劃返回商州，不得不在洛南住宿，因為第一次來這邊對區縣不太熟，搜酒店的時候誤輸成商南看到了這家。評論，圖片宣傳及價格都讓人眼前一亮，正下單時才發現位置不對，很巧，第二天丹鳳結束工作後本要在丹鳳住宿，想到了這個酒店，一個是第二天確實有洛南的行程，再就是雖已經晚了，但搜尋兩地車程需要1個多小時，本着給第二天工作節約時間的原則還是訂了後驅車前往了，22點30抵達！單從酒店的規模，外觀和硬件看，確實唬人！早餐種類還可以，能吃飽，停車也很方便。但房間及設施來説，太差了！！！房間訂的是1.3米園景雙床（陽台）給的卻是個拐角房，沒陽台，那到無所謂，實話房間挺大，但設施極其老舊，床也小，這都不重要！房子呢空調出風口衹有一個，且在進門位置，房間其他位置再無空調出風口！所以空調基本沒用，房子特別冷！！而且全房竟然除了櫃子處有一個水壺用的插座外，竟再無一個插座？？（廁所有一個，電視後面有，電視擋着）廁所確實大！因為處於樓體轉角，佈局就不説了，裏面那個冷，我都形容不出來！真的是早上蹲大的都得穿上羽絨服！！！！而且還反味！或許酒店會説是特價房？問題是如果特價房有差異你可以標明，我可以不訂！而不是打着正常的圖片和規格把這種更適合當布草間或者庫房的房間當客房售賣（或者是因為抵達晚了衹有這間了？？）第二天從相關的朋友處得知，酒店多用於接待，會議，宴會，充其量就是個老三星（攜程上的假四星！）沒換房是因為本就晚了，實在不想再折騰，想着湊合一晚算了而已！也不想大晚上的折騰服務人員，選訂的人自己留神避坑吧！（酒店方宴席會議接待也多，不在乎也無所謂，衹希望如實宣傳）

服務很好，特別是賓客服務經理張曉芳，無微不至，雖因酒店其它原因有不愉快的地方但張經理的服務補救很到位，很有耐心，答疑解困，很周到。希望貴酒店給張經理更好的發展希望她天天開心勝職位加薪。
